Halen’s Indian Curry is a gem of real Indian food, tucked away on Bui Vien Street in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City’s busy streets. The dynamic couple, Gautam and Pham Thi Kim Cuc, who are Vietnamese and Indian, created this gastronomic paradise and named their restaurant after their cherished daughter, Ha Len. With an outstanding 20 years of expertise in the restaurant business, Gautam started out as a modest chef and worked his way up to become a prosperous restaurant owner.
